Geoff Norcott
Comedian, impressionist, writer & actor Geoff Norcott has made a real impact on the UK comedy scene since he first took to the stage in 2001. His abundance of energy combined with a storming mix of impressions, observations, satire and rap, has made him a hugely popular act and compere on both the national & international circuit. A passionate sports and music fan, Geoff remains the only stand up in the country to give cricket a rock ‘n’ roll spin.
On television Geoff has appeared on BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV, FIVE & SKY. Most recently he appeared in ‘Spoof!’ on BBC 1 – a new impressionist show for teenagers. The show saw Geoff impersonating a diverse range of celebrities from Tim Westwood to Martin Fowler.
A former English Literature teacher, Geoff is also a gifted writer and is currently developing ideas for radio and animation. He has written for MTV and more recently ‘Parson and Naylor’s Big Pullout Section’ for BBC Radio 2.
In 2006 Geoff took his first solo ‘Professional Teenager’ up to the Edinburgh Fringe.
